Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (subject to customs processing)
  • Minimum and Maximum Delivery Timeline : 7-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

  • Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may incur additional shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package’s status through our website by logging into your account or using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on their nature.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

In case of damaged, lost, or incorrect items:

  • Report damaged packages to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of damaged items if applicable.
