Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled at no cost prior to shipment. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the item for a refund according to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The item is not on our list of non-returnable items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear.
  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Log into your account and visit the “Order History” section, or contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible. Include the RAN and any return forms provided.
  4. Ship Your Return: Ship the item using the shipping method specified in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Return Processing: Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive them.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns due to defects or our error.
  • Customer Preference Returns: For returns due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing times for refunds:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days.
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days.
    • Store Credit: 1-2 business days.

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refunds: Full refunds are issued for defective items, incorrect items, or items damaged during shipping.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items returned with missing parts or showing signs of use.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you prefer a different item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Special Circumstances

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
